Italian electronic invoicing is being consolidated into the main Italian EDI module, replacing the older PEC email-based flow with the preferred Odoo proxy/SDICoop connection. This reduces duplicate functionality and removes unsupported legacy email setup, making the invoicing process more consistent for Italian localization users.

The email edi system defined in l10n_it_edi has been superceeded by the
edi system defined in l10n_it_edi_sdicoop. Therefore, the content of
l10n_it_edi_sdicoop can be merged into l10n_it_edi and the module can be
removed.
