Code cleanup and technical improvements
The bank reconciliation interface has been rebuilt on a newer front-end foundation while keeping its accounting purpose the same. This should make the screens easier to maintain and support future improvements with limited immediate business-process impact.

Refactor the bank reconciliation widgets to OWL2
