The Documents app now makes folder and tag actions easier to find from the search panel by replacing the old double-click behavior with a settings menu. Users can quickly edit, create, or delete items from this menu, and switching workspaces in grouped views no longer causes an error.

This commit is another iteration on the edit from search panel feature
in the documents app.
Instead of having to double click on the folder/tag the plus has been
replaced with a cog which will open a popover with multiple options like
edit create and delete.
