The survey sharing window has been streamlined so email-related options can be hidden when they are not needed. This reduces clutter for users sharing public surveys while still keeping mailing settings available through a toggle.

Purpose ======= Simplifying the mail modal used to share surveys: we are hiding all the mailing options behind a toggle for public surveys. This enables less cluttering of the modal if the user doesn't need to share a survey via email.
