A failing automated test for Bpost delivery has been corrected to match the current delivery workflow. This helps keep quality checks reliable and reduces noise for future updates, with no expected impact on day-to-day users.

This commit fixes a failing old test that expected picking `state` to become `assigned` only after calling `action_assign`.
