A broken file reference in the German POS certification module was corrected so a required component can load properly. This helps avoid failures when using certified point-of-sale features in Germany.

Before, the path to the file `utils.js` was incorrect, dependent module did not load. 

Fixed the path.

When archiving an employee, users can now edit the employee's private email address before sending an access link. This helps ensure the link is sent to the correct address and reduces follow-up corrections during offboarding.

When archiving an employee, the private email address of the employee can now be edited if the access link is going to be sent.
