This fix ensures the Belgian Balance Sheet remains balanced while still showing the current year profit or loss in the expected line. It improves confidence in Belgian financial reports by aligning Balance Sheet figures with the Profit & Loss report, with tests added to protect the behavior.
Original PR description
The aim of this PR is to ensure that the Balance Sheet is always balanced while ensuring that the "Bénéfice/Perte de l'année en cours" line shows the total from the Profit & Loss report. We also introduce tests ensuring this behaviour. Task: 3060790
Mouse movement in the Gantt view now triggers fewer unnecessary screen updates. This improves responsiveness, especially when Gantt rows show progress bars, making planning views feel smoother for users.
Original PR description
The function computeDerivedParamsFromHover used to modify too often some reactive objects. This lead some sub components of the gantt renderer render themselves too many times on mousemove. This was particularly bad in the case of the gantt row progress bars.
