Enhancements to existing features
Timesheet screens now show sales order line information by default, making it easier for users to connect logged time with customer work. Invoiced timesheets are also made read-only, helping prevent accidental changes after billing.

Purpose of this PR to improve generic UX of timesheet app. So in this PR done following changes: - make readonly_timesheet field to add it in timesheet views to make field readonly and avoid many xpath and simply override that method's compute to change readonly condition. - make so_line field default show in timesheet tree view and task form view's timesheet page tree view. task-2918757
Timesheet task progress can now show values above 100%, making overruns visible instead of capping the display. Task list progress bars turn red when progress exceeds 100%, helping users quickly spot work that has gone beyond the planned amount.
