The payroll calendar display has been reverted to its previous behavior because the earlier change caused more problems than it solved. This helps avoid confusion or incorrect calendar options when managing payroll structures.

This reverts commit 21e487fcfd62a8e71ccd1884ad571e04fc8fcc53 introduced in #37334.

This change was bringing more issues than it was trying to solve.
