Code cleanup and technical improvements
Internal chat channel references were renamed from Mail Channel to Discuss Channel across related enterprise, mobile, testing, and helpdesk live chat areas. This prepares the product structure for a future separation of Discuss and Mail modules, with little expected day-to-day impact for users.
