Features or functions removed from Odoo
Odoo’s Mexican electronic invoicing support now focuses on the legally required CFDI 4.0 format, removing the obsolete CFDI 3.3 version. Related CFDI 4.0 add-on modules have been consolidated, simplifying setup and maintenance for Mexican localization users.

Legal requirement and support for Mexican EDI a.k.a. CFDI 3.3 is removed as of the 1th April 2023 and replaced by CFDI 4.0. So, in this commit, - cfdi 3.3 is removed - the modules "_40" are merged so we have 4 modules less (l10n_mx_edi_40, l10n_mx_edi_extended, l10n_mx_edi_stock_40, l10n_mx_edi_stock_extended_40) task-2957927
