Code cleanup and technical improvements
Spreadsheet and dashboard filters now use a newer multi-record selection control, making selection more consistent across Odoo. Users also get helpful placeholder text and keyboard navigation for easier tag selection and removal.

These commits replace the use of `RecordsSelector` by the `MultiRecordSelector`. To be able to achieve this, we have to enhance the behavior of `MultiRecordSelector` with the support of placeholder and the support of the keyboard navigation
Spanish tax reports 111, 115, and 303 now use a newer reporting engine that standardizes how tax amounts are calculated. This improves report performance and includes migration support so existing accounting history is converted correctly.

This commit replaces the outdated expressions and unsigned tags in mod 111, 115, and 303 with tax_tags expressions. This update follows the removal of the old technical decision after Reportalypse. A migration script is included to ensure proper conversion of accounting history. As a result, Spanish reports are more standardized and performance is significantly enhanced due to batching in the tax_tags engine.
