Barcode picking and batch picking screens now use each user's configured default warehouse when setting filters. This helps staff see the most relevant warehouse operations faster and reduces manual filtering.

We are using the property_warehouse_id field to set default values when possible:
- have a filter on stock.picking views
- have a filter on stock.picking.batch views
