The Sales app no longer shows or keeps an outdated down payment product setting that has not been used since version 16.2. This simplifies configuration screens and reduces confusion for users managing sales invoicing.

Since version 16.2, the Down Payments setting became obsolete. Dead field, never used.

Point of Sale settings now include a checkbox to install the price label module. This makes it simpler for businesses to enable price label functionality without needing technical setup steps.

This PR adds the possibility to install the pos_pricer module through a checkbox in point_of_sale settings.
