Sales orders for prepaid services can now show an upsell activity again when extra hours are recorded after the order has been fully invoiced. This helps sales teams catch additional billable work instead of missing follow-up opportunities after the first invoice.
Original PR description
Before this commit, a SOL containing a prepaid service could never re-trigger the upsell activity when more hours than expected were recorded for that service even after invoicing the SO.
