Odoo has removed the TaxCloud integration modules from the master version after their earlier deprecation in Odoo 17. Businesses using TaxCloud for tax calculation will need to rely on another supported tax solution before moving to this version.

This removes all Taxcloud modules in master, following the deprecation in Odoo 17 [1].
