The frontdesk notification messages have been updated to remove gender-specific pronouns. Previously, all visitor notifications used the pronoun "he" regardless of the visitor's gender. The new messages are now gender-neutral, ensuring all visitors receive appropriately inclusive communications.

Purpose

Whether the visitor was a man or a woman, the message sent contained pronoun : he. To avoid this, the new sentence will no longer have a pronoun.
