Enhancements to existing features
Quotation and order confirmation emails now include links to relevant product documents when they are available for the customer. This helps customers notice and access important supporting materials without needing to search the portal themselves.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: Currently we have product documents that are available for the customer in the portal but the email does not mention it so the customer may not be aware if he does not navigate to the portal. Desired behavior after PR is merged: Added the list of documents links to the portal at the end of the quotation and order confirmation email if there are documents to share at quote task-3637434 --- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
The mail composer now keeps drafted text available in the small composer if the full composer is closed, minimized, or the window reloads. This reduces the risk of users losing unsent messages and needing to retype them.
Original PR description
By this commit, the text content of the full or small composer would be kept in the small composer to prevent losing the user's input in case of accidentally losing the composer. Task-32923
Field service users now open the tracking wizard directly when adding or changing tracked products, avoiding misleading temporary quantity changes in the product catalog. This makes the process clearer and reduces the chance of confusion about which product quantities will actually be applied to the task.
Original PR description
This commit's purpose is to improve the visual when a user adds a tracked product to a fsm task. Currently, when the user clicks on the 'add' button to add the first product, or when he clicks on the +/-/input section to modify the quantity of already added product, the quantity is modified according the changes of the user, before opening the wizard. This can be misleading, since those changes are irrelevant, and only the changes done through the wizard will impact the products of the task. To solve this issue, the change made by the button are no longer visible, and the wizard is opened directly. The preparation display now uses clearer action labels, changing delete-related wording to done so staff better understand when orders are completed. Links were also converted and aligned as buttons, making the interface easier and more consistent to use.
