Enhancements to existing features
Mobile users now see the homeworking scheduling controls in a dialog instead of a popover. This prevents the scheduling box from covering action buttons, making the workflow easier to complete on phones.
Original PR description
On mobile, the homeworking popover was conflicting with the `#scheduling_box`. The latter was covering the buttons of the popover.
