This update adds a reusable function to the analytic module that simplifies how analytic accounts are extracted from distribution data. By centralizing this common operation, the change reduces code duplication across the system and makes the codebase easier to maintain and update in the future.

This update adds a log message to confirm when a data module has been successfully imported into the database. Previously, there was no notification in the logs when an import finished, making it harder to track import operations. Now administrators will see a clear confirmation message when modules are imported.

Before this commit, there was no message in the logs when the import of a data module is finished. This commit adds a log info to state that the module is now in the db.
