[FW][FIX] spreadsheet_dashboard_documents: run mispelled python test

The test added in PR #51275 was never run since the method name did not start with the correct prefix. This commit fixes te commit name as well as the test content that did not test the introduced behaviour. Forward-Port-Of: odoo/enterprise#58436
