Resolved issues and error corrections
Recruitment users limited to referral-only access can now view applicants where they are listed as the referrer. This fixes a permissions issue that prevented employees from following up on candidates they referred.
Original PR description
Users with the access right for recruitment set to 'user: referral only' were not able to access applicants even when they are the referree. Now, users have access to all applicants where they are the referee. Task: 3744194
