Security fixes and vulnerability patches
Report menus and permissions were adjusted so regular users can access the Helpdesk SLA, Field Service task, and planning/timesheet analysis reports that match their roles. The changes also help ensure users only see reporting data for teams, tickets, and areas they are allowed to access.

* helpdesk, industry_fsm, planning, project_titmesheet_forecast - removed the 'admin' group on the reporting menu items so that 'users' can access these menus. - 'timesheets and planning analysis' menu should only show if user has access for both the planning and timesheet. - Helpdesk/User should able to access 'SLA Status Analysis' Report. - Helpdesk: user shouldn't see stats about teams or tickets which he doesn't have access in 'SLA Status Analysis' report. - 'Field Service': user should access 'Task Analysis' Report.
