Resolved issues and error corrections
Fixed an issue that could prevent the Point of Sale screen from loading due to a missing product card setting in this version. This restores access to the POS interface for affected users and avoids a startup error.

In the saas-17.1 version, there was a mistake during the backport of the category feature. Thus, it was not possible to load the pos because the props color didn't exist in 17.1 This commit remove the prop in the xml in order to make sure we don't call color. --- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
