New functionality added to Odoo
Payroll users can now generate a headcount report showing employees whose contracts were active on a selected date. This gives companies a clearer snapshot of workforce size at a specific point in time for planning and reporting.

This commit adds a new wizard to the payroll reports. This wizard allows to get the empployees that have a contract that was running on a given date. The purpose of this wizard is to be able have a clear view of the employees headcount of the company on a given date. Task-3691392
