New functionality added to Odoo
Adds support for creating and managing Indian TDS withholding entries directly from invoices, bills, and customer or vendor payments. This helps businesses record withholding tax more consistently and automatically reconcile related invoice or bill entries.

- Added Taxes for TDS sale type - Add the withholding control account - Added wizard for creating withholding(TDS) entries for invoice/bill and customer/vendor payment. - Also while creating a withholding(TDS) entry for an invoice/bill it will reconcile the withholding entry. Task - 3326777
