Features or functions removed from Odoo
This update removes Special Economic Zone purchase tax entries from the Indian localization because these taxes do not exist in practice. It helps keep tax configuration accurate for businesses using Odoo in India and reduces the risk of selecting incorrect purchase taxes.

Following commit-https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/e74c1ad0f973e3a9eb821723b7624efc7743ff52, Accidently the SEZ purchase taxes were added, in practically practice they don't exist. This commit removes the SEZ purchase taxes from `l10n_in`.
