HR users in a multi-company setup can now choose an employee's manager from another company directly. This removes the need for workarounds and makes managing cross-company reporting lines simpler and more consistent.

Before this commit, it was possible to define a manager from another company using very specific steps by changing employees company. This commit allows to do this by simply be in a multicompany environment.

Website editors can now add TikTok videos through the media dialog, making it easier to include social video content without custom workarounds. The update also improves handling for vertical video formats so TikTok embeds display more appropriately on pages.
