Features or functions removed from Odoo
The Hungarian localization no longer includes bank entries that are no longer relevant because the banks were sanctioned or have merged. This keeps bank reference data cleaner and helps users avoid selecting obsolete institutions.

Some of the banks are sanctioned or have merged. We deactivated them in 16.0: odoo/odoo#181547 Now we are removing them. Upgrade PR: odoo/upgrade#6595
