New functionality added to Odoo
Adds Indian GST-related options to website account and checkout address forms, helping customers provide the right tax treatment during online purchases. The change also improves portal tax label wording and supports export or Special Economic Zone fiscal handling when applicable.

This PR adds a new module ``l10n_in_website_sale`` for Indian eCommerce. It adds new fields to Website Portal edit information page and eCommerce checkout address page. - Adds GST Treatment Selection dropdown to both pages. - If country is not India -> GST Treatment = Overseas - If country is India and no VAT number -> GST Treatment = Consumer - If country in India and VAT number is present -> GST Treatment = User selected treatment. - Changes Fiscal position to Export/SEZ if GST Treatment = Special Economic Zone.
