Enhancements to existing features
This update adds the base payment data needed for Kueski Pay to be available for installation in Odoo. It prepares the system so businesses can later enable this payment option once the related provider integration is installed.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: This commit adds the necessary data into payment to install kueski pay payment provider. task-3907297 Current behavior before PR: Kueski Pay didn't exist.
