Enhancements to existing features
Users can now turn on video background blur from the call actions menu while they are in a call. This makes privacy and presentation controls easier to access without opening separate call or video settings.

**Current behavior before PR:** Blurring the background in video during a call was not possible directly from the call actions menu. Users had to navigate to the call and video settings to enable this feature. **Desired behavior after PR is merged:** New call actions have been introduced, allowing users to blur their video background directly during a call, making the feature more accessible. **Task**-4354247 --- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
The Documents app now shows cleaner kanban cards and list views, reducing clutter while keeping key actions accessible when needed. Opening or previewing documents now works with a single click, making navigation faster and more intuitive for users.

Improve kanban cards: - Avoid having empty spaces and optimize space - Prevent displaying too much info by only displaying some on hover. The favorite toggle, the activities widget, the "only accessible by link" icon. - Prevent displaying large urls by hiding them behind icons. Improve list view UI: - Reorder fields - Add favorite field - Give a name to the type field in the tree view fields configurator. - When it is a shortcut, display the target document icon instead of the shortcut icon. Changing the keys: - Open a folder / preview a file: single click (previously double click) - Select a folder / file: ctrl+click (previously single click) - Make a selection range: shift+click (same as previously) => It wasn't natural for users to open a folder / preview a file by double clicking. It also required a lot of clicks to navigate. Task-4294457
