New functionality added to Odoo
Adds a new Czech VIES summary report, including XML export, so Czech companies can prepare an additional required tax submission alongside VAT declarations. This helps businesses meet local reporting obligations more directly within Odoo.

Added "Souhrnné hlášení VIES" report to czech reports. In addition to VAT declaration, CZ companies need to send 2 additional reports. One of these reports is "Souhrnné hlášení VIES" or vies summary report. task-3762956
