Outgoing discussion emails now use the actual author's name in the reply-to address instead of record or company-based labels. This makes replies feel more like normal email conversations and helps customers understand who they are responding to.

This work updates Dutch payroll setup and payslip calculations, including employer contribution categories and related company or contract settings. It helps Dutch payroll teams apply required contribution rules more consistently when generating payslips.
