Cash journals created during Point of Sale onboarding can now be translated. This improves the setup experience for businesses working in languages other than English by showing clearer, localized journal names.

In the onboarding wizard, we create a cash journal for different scenarios. However the names of these journals were not translatable.

We make them translatable in this commit.
