New functionality added to Odoo
Adds a new Czech reporting module for 2025 with VAT control statement and VIES report generation, including XML exports required for official filings. It also updates Czech tax report export handling to include the tax office information needed for compliant submissions.

The logic was moved here because the new field of tax office was needed in tax reports XML export.
