Resolved issues and error corrections
Bookkeepers are now allowed to create, edit, and delete assets as part of their normal responsibilities. This removes an access limitation so bookkeeping teams can keep asset records up to date without needing extra help.

The Bookkeeper should be allowed to create modify and remove the asset as requested - I have edited the security file in asset model task-4567264
