Point of Sale users can now add preparation printers more quickly during setup. The printer configuration screen is also cleaner because less relevant proxy and company columns are hidden, reducing clutter and making day-to-day configuration easier.

This commit allows users to quickly add a preparation printer, making the configuration process more efficient. 
Additionally, 'proxy' and 'company' columns  have been hidden in the preparation printer view to enhance usability.

Sales commission plans now include missing views, better filtering by user, and clearer target amounts in commission reports. This helps teams review commission achievements more accurately and avoids incorrect mixing or duplication of achievement records.

Add missing search and tree vues of sale.commission.plan.user
Allow to filter achievements by users
Display target amount from the plan on commissions.
