New functionality added to Odoo

This change adds controls to simplify non-admin menus, hide internal log notes from customer-facing comments, and manage access to Discuss. It also introduces helpdesk team leads who can control and update performance figures, improving accountability around solved tickets.

NOTE- This PR doesn't intends to be merged/review (an internal tutorial task for training purposes) - Lognotes:Prevent backend lognotes from appearing in frontend comments. - Chatter Icon: Added a new group 'Show Discuss Menu and Icon'. If enabled: 1. Hide Discuss/Chat icon. 2. Remove Discuss menu item functionally. - Profile Details: Restrict user menu options, keeping only 'Log Out' for non-admin users. - In Helpdesk Performance: - Added `lead_partner_ids` field in Helpdesk Teams. - If the user is not in this field, they cannot edit My Performance figures. - Only the Lead can update performance data when a ticket is solved.
