The job application form now stores the candidate's short introduction in the application's chatter instead of the internal applicant notes field. This makes the introduction easier for recruiters to see in the communication history while keeping notes separate for internal use.

This PR makes the contents of the `Short introduction` on the job application form appear in the chatter rather than the `applicant_notes` field.
