Features or functions removed from Odoo
Odoo settings no longer display QR codes or links promoting the separate mobile apps. This reflects the shift toward the Progressive Web App as the preferred way to use Odoo on mobile devices, reducing outdated guidance for users.

Since the PWA is now the current and the best way to use Odoo, it is no longer appropriate to continue promoting mobile apps and their dedicated app stores. This commit removes the QR codes available from the settings and the corresponding assets. task-4633119
