Users can now turn the bank reconciliation chatter on or off from a single button in the top-right corner, while the existing line-level icon remains available. Selecting a different statement line now updates the related chatter automatically, making reconciliation smoother and reducing extra clicks.

The aim of this commit is slightly changing the chatter's behavior in the bank reconciliation widget.
Before this commit, the user activated/deactivated the chatter by clicking on a chatter icon available on each statement line. Although this feature is still existing to activate the chatter, we add a new button on the top corner right where the user can activate / deactivate the chatter. We also change the selected move id when you select another statement line, it's not necessary to click on the chatter icon to do it. This commit also introduces a cleaner way of working with several components to activate / deactivate the chatter by using a customer service.

The Draft Entries filter is now available consistently across financial reports, helping users review draft accounting entries that may affect figures before final submission. Deferred revenue and deferred expense reports remain excluded because their related entries are posted automatically, so draft filtering is not relevant there.

Before this commit, the Draft Entries filter on reports was randomly activated for some reports, but deactivated for others. Users may want to see the draft entries impacting their reports for a better control and verification before submitting it.

The Indian payroll ESIC report list now shows the export report type directly, making it easier for users to distinguish report outputs. Report type labels were also updated for clearer wording, helping payroll teams select the right export format with less confusion.
