This fixes a missed internal name update in the website live chat area after a previous change renamed a conversation reference. It helps ensure live chat continues to work consistently with the updated messaging system, with no expected change for end users beyond improved reliability.

The rename was done by a [previous PR](https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/208544) and missed the website_livechat override.

This update adjusts website builder guidance and media dialog tours so they continue to work after recent builder changes. It helps keep onboarding and automated checks aligned with the refreshed website editing experience.
