Users can now access common conversation actions directly from the Discuss sidebar, such as starting or joining calls, inviting people, marking chats as read, changing settings, and leaving or unpinning conversations. This reduces clicks and makes day-to-day collaboration in Odoo faster and more convenient.

This commit adds channel actions in discuss sidebar item, which allows quickly start/join/leave call, invite people, mark conversation as read, change settings, and leave/unpin conversation.
