Enhancements to existing features
Peruvian electronic invoicing screens and setup text now show Estela as the service name, reflecting the provider’s updated branding from Digiflow. This keeps labels, help text, and translations consistent so users see the correct provider name during configuration and daily use.

Manual forward-port of https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/pull/85934 to 17.0. Resolves the cherry-pick conflict in `l10n_pe_edi/i18n/es_419.po` and maintains the branding change from Digiflow to Estela (formerly Digiflow) in the Peruvian localization. cc @odoo/rd-accounting-las (manual forward-port due to conflict in .po file, originally auto-FW-P failed) @pmax-x @smetl
