New functionality added to Odoo
Adds Uruguay-specific address and identification fields to the online checkout and customer account pages, helping local customers provide the required information more easily. It also defaults Peruvian addresses to DNI as the identification type, reducing manual selection during checkout.

This commit add Ecommerce related bridge module for Uruguay country to add Uruguay related field in address checkout form and `my/account` page.
