This change removes old automated tests for the website editor that were blocking current development work. Because this editor component is planned for removal in the next major version, the change is internal and should not affect day-to-day users.

This PR removes legacy qunit tests that interfere with new features implemented now.
The whole web_editor module will be removed for 19, thus the removal of the tests will not have an impact in the future.
