Adds support for Argentina's new IVA Simple legal requirement in electronic invoicing, including company settings, activity data, and invoice handling. This helps businesses operating in Argentina stay compliant with updated tax reporting obligations.

The Indian GSTR-3B tax report has been reworked to correct calculation issues and better match the government portal format. It adds newly required sections and an ITC entry action, helping businesses prepare more accurate GST filings with less manual work.

This refactor resolves all calculation errors, adds new sections 3.1.1, 5.1
and introduces subsections C and D to section 4(A). The report format has also
been updated to align with the government site layout.

It also adds the new ITC entry button to create a journal entry for ITC.
