This adds support for Swedish BBAN, Bankgiro, and Plusgiro payment formats, including XML export files. Businesses operating in Sweden can now process more local payment types directly in Odoo with less manual handling.

Enable generic Swedish BBAN and Bankgiro/Plusgiro payments and xml exports.
