New functionality added to Odoo
Belgian companies can now submit VAT declarations directly through the Intervat service from Odoo. They can also retrieve related PDF and XML documents from previously submitted declarations through MyMinfin, reducing manual work and improving access to official filing records.

This commit ad new EDI integration for Intervat and MyMinfin api's, usable only for Belgian companies. Intervat: this api is used to send electronic vat declarations. MyMinfin: this api is used after a declaration submission, it allow the user to fetch and download files (pdf & xml) from previous submitted declarations. task-4624148
